These Terms apply to all purchases of physical products (e.g. health and skincare patches, wound care supplies, etc.) made through the Website or our affiliated sales channels. We operate under the laws of Bangladesh, and a Bengali translation of these terms will be provided to meet local e‑commerce guidelines. Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of the terms, as stated on our site.

Account Registration

To place an order, you may need to create a user account or provide accurate personal information (name, address, phone, email). You agree to give true and complete details and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and any purchases made through it. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

All products and prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We strive for accuracy: product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. However, colors or details may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice; any pricing errors or changes will be corrected as soon as possible. We follow Bangladesh’s consumer rules, displaying clear descriptions and prices. Note that per law, product information (and policies like returns) are provided clearly in Bangla as well.

Orders and Payments

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. Once you place an order, we will confirm by email or phone. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., out of stock, payment issues). In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payment as appropriate.
• Pricing: Prices are in BDT and include all applicable taxes (such as VAT). We may update prices at any time.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). (We do not currently accept international credit cards on the Website.) Payment is due at the time and place of delivery for COD, or immediately upon ordering for mobile payments.

For COD orders, we may verify your order by phone or SMS before shipping to prevent fraud. You must have exact cash ready on delivery. If you provide false information or refuse delivery without notice, we reserve the right to charge a restocking or courier fee. Bank transfer details (if used) will be provided at checkout.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship products only within Bangladesh (using local courier services). Delivery timeframes are estimates: we aim to deliver within 3 business days for same-city deliveries and 4-5 business days for other locations in Bangladesh, per government guidelines. These are maximum targets; actual delivery may vary. We are not liable for courier delays, weather, or other force majeure. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate; failure to provide correct delivery information may delay your order.

Once the courier delivers the package to the address you provided, risk of loss passes to you. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify both the courier and us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Warranty

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos or evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost (subject to verification). Returned items must be unused and in original condition unless clearly defective.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened health/skin products (like wound dressings or skincare patches) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. COD refunds may be sent via mobile payment or bank transfer, per your preference. We process refunds within 7–10 business days of approval. Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
• Warranty: Except as stated above for defects, products are provided "as is." We pass through any manufacturer warranties. (If a product has a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty terms apply instead of our return policy.)
• Consumer Rights: In compliance with the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection Act, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for goods that are unsafe or not as described. We uphold those rights and maintain a clear refund policy for valid claims.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order without penalty before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible; if you refuse delivery or return the shipment to us, we may deduct any actual shipping or restocking charges from your refund. If you paid in advance (via bKash/Nagad), refunds of the product price will be issued after deducting any bank or transaction fees.

Taxes and Duties

All prices include applicable VAT (currently 15%). For domestic deliveries within Bangladesh, no additional import duties apply. If you order from outside Bangladesh (if allowed), you may be responsible for customs fees or taxes as required by your country’s law.

 

User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use this Website lawfully. You will not harass, abuse, or harm others, post false information, or use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): hacking or trying to access restricted areas; uploading viruses or harmful code; violating any applicable laws or regulations (including e‑commerce rules). Specifically, we do not allow the sale or promotion of any products that are illegal in Bangladesh (e.g. unauthorized medicines, alcohol, gambling services). Any violation may result in immediate termination of your account or legal action.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShobKisuBD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or this site. Our total liability in any case is limited to the purchase price you paid. We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly provided herein. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
